Osage Community School Breaks Ground on Updates

DSC, Atura Architecture, and Osage Community School district broke ground on Wednesday, May 9 on a new $12 million renovation project. Atura has been working with the school on finding cost-effective solutions to update their 60-year-old school for over a year while also looking for funding options. The 3-phase project will include a new gym, district offices, a music room that doubles as a storm shelter, upgrades to safety and security with secure entrances to the high school and admin offices, renovated classroom spaces, and kitchen updates. Dean Snyder Construction is the Construction Manager on the project. Phase 1 is estimated to be completed by April 2019.
