Project Description
Jalapeno Pete’s is now able to serve twice their capacity due to a remodel with Dean Snyder Construction. Located on the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines, this popular Mexican restaurant entertains fairgoers with live music, food, beer and indoor/outdoor seating.
The remodel included all new concrete floor on the main level, three new bar locations with concrete bar tops, and a new stage area. The second floor doubled in size with a new bar as well. A back storage area was demoed and now accommodates a new walk-in cooler, new storage, an office, and a bathroom.
The 8,860 SF building has all new siding with artistic design features such as column sculptures and painted floors.
