Project Description
Working with ATURA architecture, DSC constructed a 70,000 SF pre-engineered Ceco warehouse and a 6,600 SF office. Breaking ground in October 2009, DSC was able to erect and enclose the structure in three months, despite weather set-backs, allowing for Titan Pro SCI to move in January 1, 2010.
The warehouse area includes chemical storage and a liquid overflow protection system to contain spills. Interior walls feature insulated metal panels for increased energy efficiency. The 6,600 SF office provides ample space for customer service and employee offices.
Two years later, 50,000 SF was added onto the warehouse. The new addition includes specially-designed space by ATURA architecture, for new loading docks, a cold-storage area, and additional office space for shipping and receiving.
